Agreement to Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Ovum Health, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not opt in to SMS communications from us.

Description of SMS Use

You may receive text messages from Ovum Health related to any of the following:

• Appointment reminders
• Account notifications
• Customer support responses
• Promotional messages and service updates
• Other relevant updates related to our services

Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity and the services you use.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from Ovum Health unless you choose to opt back in.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Ovum Health is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier in connection with SMS messages sent or received. Please check with your carrier if you are unsure about your plan's messaging rates.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Ovum Health is not responsible for messages that are delayed or undelivered due to factors outside our control, including network outages or carrier issues.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to opt in to SMS communications from Ovum Health. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use our services if a parent or guardian has registered on your behalf in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information collected in connection with SMS communications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or personal data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
